Please note that Palmont ships every shipment climate neutral and sustainable with DHL GoGreen. DHL's climate neutral delivery option supports numerous sustainability initiatives: These include projects in the areas of water supply, renewable energy and forest reforestation. Please note: Until the item is received by us, the customer is responsible for it. We recommend that you send the package with a delivery company where the value of the goods is insured. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs first. It may take up to 14 business days for the package to arrive at our warehouse unless it is an express shipment.

 

Return & Exchange

 

I don't like the item I bought, can I return it or exchange it for another one?
Yes, you can request a free return or size/color exchange within 30 days of delivery of your order.

I made a return request but changed my mind and want to keep the product. Is this possible?
Yes, we ask that you contact our customer service department to cancel your return request.

While trying on the garment, I removed the label. Can I still request a refund?
According to the terms and conditions of sale, the label is one of the requirements for accepting the return. Please note the other conditions that must be met:
- All items must be returned in their original condition
- Products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

How long does it take to ship an exchange?
We ship exchanges immediately - even before we receive your original order.

I have returned an item. Do I also get the shipping costs refunded?
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, simply return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. As soon as we have received the item(s), we will refund the amount to the selected payment method. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount.

My order has failed. What can I do?
If a problem has occurred with your payment, please contact your bank or card issuer.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once you have completed your order, it cannot be changed. If you notice an error in the shipping information or wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I use different addresses for billing and Shipping?
Yes, but make sure that the billing address is the same as the address associated with the payment method you have chosen.

What payment methods do you accept?
