Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over €100 within Germany. For all other countries, the shipping costs will be calculated at check-out.

We ship our orders via DHL Go Green, which typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. To return an item, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, simply contact us within 30 days and we will send you a new item. We will be responsible for the shipping costs.
